Feelings & Mindset

“I don’t even think I want to”

Ambivalence is allowed. You don’t owe anyone your motivation.

“I Don’t Even Think I Want To” She told me: “I don’t even think I want to overcome vaginismus.” And I believed her. Because fear can sound like indifference.

She said, “I’m fine without sex. I don’t even care any more.” But her body told a different story. Tension. Avoidance. A quiet ache she couldn’t name.

I said to her: “You don’t have to want sex. Or be like anyone else. But you do deserve to feel safe in your body again. To choose — not to freeze.”

That changed everything. Because it’s not about sex. It’s about freedom, safety, and choice.

She joined The Vaginismus Zone quietly, without pressure. And step by step, she started to breathe differently. To move with a little less fear.

If any part of you is curious.. Let me invite you inside the Zone. It’s safe. Private.  You’re free to come and go. But you don’t have to do this alone any more.
