Who we are

TVZ is created and operated by Dr Julia Reeve, gynaecologist, psychotherapist and sexologist.

What data we collect

• Account information: username and email address
• Health tracking data: dilator session logs, comfort scores, journal entries, progress stage, healthcare professional's name (if provided)
• Device information: iOS version and device type (for technical support only)
• Purchase information: subscription status only — managed by Apple and RevenueCat. We never see your payment details.

How we use your data

• To provide the app's features and track your progress
• To generate your PDF progress report if you choose to export it
• We never sell your data
• We never share your data with third parties except as described below

Third party services

• RevenueCat — manages subscription status only
• Apple — processes all payments securely
• Neither service receives your health tracking data

Your rights under GDPR

As an EU resident you have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data at any time.

To delete all your data immediately, use Settings → Delete my account.

For any other data requests contact privacy@drjuliareeve.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Data storage and security

All health data is stored securely in your private account. It is never used for advertising, analytics or shared with any third party without your explicit action. Your journal entries and session logs are private and visible only to you.

Children

This app is intended for adults only and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18.

Changes to this policy

We will notify you of any significant changes via the app.
