The sections below about accounts, health tracking and subscriptions describe the TVZ app. The website itself processes far less:
Hosting and server logs. The website is hosted by united-domains GmbH, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. When you visit, the server automatically records technical access data (such as your IP address, date and time, and the page requested) to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fonts. Pages currently load typefaces from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google. We intend to host these locally to remove that transfer.
No tracking. This website uses no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and no session-recording or profiling tools.
Almost nothing. The TVZ app has no account system and no server of ours. There is no sign-up — we never ask for or receive your name, email address, or any of the information you enter into the app.
Everything you enter stays on your own device, and we never see it:
This information is stored only on your phone. It is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. It leaves your device only if you choose to export a PDF report and share it yourself.
If you take out a subscription, the payment is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never see your payment details.
To recognise whether a subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat, which assigns it an anonymous identifier (a random "TVZ ID"). This ID is not linked to your name, email, or any of your health data. It is the only thing we are able to see, and we use it solely to confirm subscription status and to help you if you contact us for technical support.
Because your entries never leave your device, we cannot and do not use them for anything. The app uses them locally on your phone to show your progress and to build a PDF report if you choose to export one.
We never sell data, and we never share it — we hold no personal data to sell or share.
Because your data lives only on your device, you remain in full control of it at all times. You can edit or delete any entry within the app, and deleting the app removes all of it permanently. There is no account or server-side copy for us to access or hold.
If you have any question about the anonymous subscription ID, contact privacy@drjuliareeve.com and we will respond within 30 days.
All your data is stored only on your own device. It is never uploaded to a server, never used for advertising or analytics, and never shared with anyone unless you choose to export and share it yourself. Your journal entries and session logs are visible only to you.
This app is intended for users aged 16 and over, in line with our Terms of Service. It is not directed at children under 16.
We will notify you of any significant changes via the app.
