The TVZ protocol is based on Dr Julia Reeve's 9-stage dilator method, drawn directly from The Vaginismus Book. Every stage is grounded in gynaecological and psychosexual science.
All data is stored locally on the client's device only. Nothing is uploaded to any server. No personal or health data is ever shared with Dr Julia Reeve or any third party.
TVZ is not a replacement for professional care — it is a structured companion that supports and extends what you do in clinic. Clients can share their progress directly with you.
Inside the app
Clients log each dilator session including comfort, pain and confidence scores, duration, practice type, and personal reflections.
Visual progress charts show trends in comfort and confidence across sessions — helping clients and professionals see what is working.
Clients work through Dr Julia Reeve's complete dilator therapy journey, from initial self-examination through to Day X preparation.
A built-in journal allows clients to record thoughts, fears and breakthroughs throughout their journey — entirely private to them.
Video and audio content from Dr Julia Reeve explains anatomy, technique, breathing, and relaxation — reinforcing what professionals teach in clinic.
Clients can generate and export a full PDF progress report to share with their physiotherapist, gynaecologist, psychologist or GP.
Free access
Professional access is granted manually by Dr Julia Reeve at no cost. Once approved, you have full unrestricted access to the app — everything your clients can access, you can access too.
Your licence is personal and non-transferable. Access is registered to the email address linked to your personal App Store or Google Play account. This ensures the licence remains with you as an individual professional and cannot be passed on to clients or colleagues.
Clients pay for their own subscription. Professional access is for the professional only. Your clients download the app separately and access it via their own free trial and subscription. A 7-day free trial is available to all new users.
