Professional Profile

With over 40 years of experience in gynaecology, psychotherapy, and sexology, I am an expert in vaginismus therapy. I have dedicated my career to guiding women through the fear–pain cycle of vaginismus, helping them move towards confidence, intimacy, and freedom.

As the founder of The Vaginismus Zone  I provide direct support for women and am planning an advanced training for healthcare professionals worldwide. My signature program, Breaking Barriers, is a comprehensive therapist-guided desensitization method that integrates medical, psychological, and sexological expertise.

  • Treated hundreds of women and couples with vaginismus and complex psychosomatic conditions.

  • Created international online platforms for vaginismus support.

  • Designed and delivered online coaching programs, courses, and community membership.
